Acceptance
These Terms govern access to and use of QualeQuest, Inc. websites and commercial platforms, including qualequest.com, gaas.qualequest.com, doctrine.qualequest.com, and copilot.qualequest.com. By accessing any QualeQuest surface, you agree to these Terms.
Platform Access
QualeQuest operates as a research institution with commercial platforms. Some surfaces use passphrase-based access and do not create user accounts. Access may be changed, limited, revoked, or discontinued at any time. You are responsible for keeping any passphrase confidential and for activity occurring through your access.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the platforms, interfere with operations, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or extract data without permission, reverse engineer protected systems, submit unlawful or harmful content, or use QualeQuest services to violate rights, laws, security controls, or platform integrity.
Intellectual Property
All research, doctrine, governance methods, platform designs, outputs, evidence structures, taxonomies, models, workflows, text, code, and other intellectual property created or provided by QualeQuest belong to QualeQuest, Inc. except where otherwise stated in writing. No rights are granted except the limited right to access the platforms as permitted by QualeQuest.
AI Services Disclaimer
QualeQuest platforms may include AI chat and analysis features powered by third-party providers. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for independent review before relying on any output. AI features are provided for research, governance, and operational support, not as legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QualeQuest, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity. The platforms are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
DMCA
If you believe content on a QualeQuest surface infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@qualequest.com identifying the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.
Termination
QualeQuest may suspend or terminate access to any surface at any time, with or without notice, including for suspected misuse, security risk, legal exposure, or violation of these Terms. Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law, and enforcement survive termination.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to resolve disputes in a competent United States forum unless QualeQuest agrees otherwise in writing.
Changes
QualeQuest may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on a QualeQuest surface with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
