What We Collect

QualeQuest, Inc. collects only the limited information needed to operate its websites and research interfaces. This may include information you submit directly, such as messages entered into chat interfaces, passphrases used for access, and correspondence sent to us.

Our server may also process basic technical information necessary to deliver the site, such as IP address, browser type, request time, and pages requested. The server is hosted by DigitalOcean in the United States.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not use tracking cookies. We do not use third-party analytics. We do not operate advertising trackers. We do not maintain email-and-password user accounts for these surfaces.

Access is passphrase-based. Passphrases are used to control access, not to build user profiles.

Third-Party AI Providers

Some QualeQuest chat interfaces send user messages to third-party AI providers for processing. These providers may include OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic.

When you use a chat interface, the text you submit may be transmitted to one or more of those providers so they can generate a response. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share or information you do not want processed by an external AI provider.

Google Fonts are loaded externally to display site typography. When fonts load, your browser may contact Google’s servers.

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for operational, security, research, audit, or legal purposes. Chat messages and related outputs may be retained to evaluate system behavior, improve governance workflows, maintain audit trails, or investigate misuse.

We may delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restrictions on certain personal information. You may also object to certain processing.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, infrastructure, or legal obligations change. The effective date above will show when the policy was last updated.
